1. I want my pediatrician to care for my child as an individual and to have a positive relationship with him/her.

2. I want my pediatrician to listen to me as well as to serve as a source of information.I want to know that there will be back and forth communication between us.

4. How hard is it to make an appointment: for a check-up, or: if my child is ill, can they be seen that day if necessary?
